Heat a frying pan and when hot add the pancetta and fry for 3 minutes, add the dried chilli flakes, followed by the tomatoes.

Cook the pasta according to pack instructions, drain and add to the tomato mixture and toss together.  Garnish with Pecorino cheese and serve immediately.
