I love these flans especially for Christmas tea time. it is lovely to serve with a spoonful of brandy butter
Roll out pastry and line 4 x 10cm flan tins.
Mix the cranberry sauce and apple pie filling together. Divide the filling between the 4 flan cases.
Roll out the excess pastry trimming and cut into strips. Decorate the top of the flans with the pastry strips.
Bake in the oven Gas 6/ 200C for 20 minutes. Leave to cool. Dust with icing sugar.
