This pie is really easy to make and it taste really delicious.
Stew apple, sugar and gooseberry in a pan for 5 mintes. Leave to cool.
Roll out pastry to line a 20 cm. pie plate. Spread the cool down gooseberry and apple fillng in the centre of the pie.
Rub butter into the flour to make the crumble topping. Add in the caster sugar and mix well. Spread the crumble on top of the pie.
Place the pie in the oven and bake for30 minutes at Gas mark 6/200C/300F until the top is golden brown. leave to col before serving.
