Pre-heat oven to 350'f. Grease and flour a 10" bundt tin.
In a large bowl mix together the flour, sugars and spices.
in a seperate bowl whisk together the eggs, oil and applesauce.
Pour the egg mixture into the flour and mix together. Add the pecans and chopped apples and mix til just combined.
Pour into prepared tin. Bake at 50- 60 minutes. Test if it's done if a skewer inserted in the middle comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack
Make the icing.
Combine sugar, butter and milk in saucepan over medium heat. Bring to the boil stirring constantly, boil for one minute. Remove from heat, add vanilla. Add the icing sugar and beat til smooth.
Drizzle the icing over the cake and decorate with the whole pecans.
