Apple oat crisp recipe

Add this recipe to your binder.

Preheat the oven to Gas 4, 180°C, fan 160°C.

Peel and core the apples using an apple corer. Cut into thick rounds and arrange in a baking dish.

In a separate bowl, mix all dry ingredients and rub the margarine into the mixture.

Drizzle over the milk and stir to form a crumbly mixture.

Scatter the topping over the apple slices.

Cover with foil and bake for about 40 minutes.

Remove the foil and bake for a few more minutes until golden and the apples are soft.
