Cook the pasta as stated on the package. Meanwhile, heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a non stick pan and add the sesame seeds to toast till fragrant.
Add the peppers and mushrooms (chopped) to the sesame mixture and continue stir-frying.
In a bowl, mix together the sesame oil, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, chill flakes and honey together to create a paste.
Add the cooked pasta to the stir-fry mixture and continue frying for about 3 minutes.
Add the sauce to the stir-fry mixture and mix well. Serve!
