My fussy eater son loves this and takes a slice to school for his snack.
Grease and line 2x 1lb loaf tins
Add all the ingrediants except for the eggs and the flour to a large pot and bring to the boil, then allow to cool for several hours.
Turn your oven onto 150c, 300f, Gas2
Add the flour and the eggs and beat well, pour into loaf tins.
Bake for 45mins till firm to toouch.
If you wish to make a 2lb loaf turn the oven down by 10 degrees and bake for an extra 30mins.
If I want to make this in the morning I boil the mixture before I go to bed and leave it to cool overnight.
