Whisk together all the ingredients for the sauce in a mixing bowl until smooth. Arrange the fennel, spinach, dill sprigs, artichoke hearts and avocado in serving plates. Spoon the sauce into glasses and serve alongside the salad with a spoon in the glass. Serve immediately.
