Combine the mango, avocado, walnuts, beetroot and red onion in a large mixing bowl. Toss together to combine, then dress with the olive oil, lime juice, seasoning and red chilli flakes.

Stir in the coriander leaves and spoon the salad into serving glasses, serve cold.
