Chop up 4 rashers of bacon and fry them in a pan, once cooked remove the bacon and pop in a chopped onion and a little garlic to cook till soft in the remaining fat.
Turn the heat down and add around 1/2 a pint of milk to the pan, and return the bacon to the pan, and a little butter if you are feeling naughty then break up 170g of a full flavoured creamy blue cheese in to the sauce.
mix 3 tsp of cornstarch (corn flour) with water to make a paste, and add gradually while stiring to the sauce as it cooks.
Keep stirring occasionally keeping it on a low heat as your pasta cooks.
Take your Tesco Finest Gigli or another pasta that will hold the sauce well, and cook according to instructions, don‘t forget to add salt to the water.
once your pasta is nicely cooked, strain and top with your blue cheese sauce, then top with a little fresh parsley and the remaining bacon.
Serve and enjoy!
Make some of the bacon extra crispy and set aside to go on top of your finished dish.
