Bacon ciabatta recipe

Cook the bacon under a preheated grill for 5 mins on each side. Meanwhile warm the ciabatta in the oven.

Split the ciabatta and spread one half with the tomato sauce and the other with the mustard.
Drain the bacon and arrange on top of the tomato sauce and top with the rocket. Place the other half of ciabatta on top. Eat at once.

An up to date version of a bacon butty"! Watercress would make a great alternative to rocket!"

  • 50g (2 oz) - tomato sauce
  • 15g (1/2 oz) - English mustard
  • handful - rocket leaves
