I throw it all together and hope it tastes nice!

Boil Tesco Finest conchiglioni rigati pasta shells until al dente or soft - however you prefer.

Chop up a leek and cook slowly with some butter and italian herbs. Add chopped mushrooms and bacon and fry until cooked.

Add some wine and boil off the alcohol

Add the single cream and heat through.

Add the cooked pasta and stir through.
