Baked Bananas With Greek Yoghurt HERO

Preheat the oven to Gas 6, 200°C, fan 180°C.

Arrange the bananas on a baking sheet and bake for 20 to 25 minutes until the skins are completely blackened but not split.

Place a blackened banana on a plate, split it open and add a dollop of Greek yogurt and a sprinkle of sugar.
