Baked figs and salad recipe

Preheat oven to 160¤c/ gas mark 3/4

Cut storks off figs and cut a cross into them

Stuff a bit of cheese into the crosses

Wrap each fig in a slice of prosciutto

Bake for 10-15 minutes until softened

Serve with salad and pomegranate seeds!
