Prep. Loaf Tin. Pre-heat oven to 190.
Sift and mix Dry ingredients in large mixing bowl
Mix wet ingredients in a separate mixing bowl. Slowly add to dry mix, beating well...the more air, the lighter the cake.
Place in the oven and keep a watchful eye. Check after 30min an adjust times accordingly.
