Banana pancake with chocolate and cream

These pancakes are really lovely and delicious. They are my favourit.

Place flour in a bowl. Crack the egg in the centre. Beat in the milk a little at a time with a wooden spoon to from a smooth batter.

Heat a little oil in a frying, Spoon a little battle onto the pan, just enough to cover the to pan. Cook for 1 minute till the pancake is set, turn over and cook the other side. Sprinkle with grated chocolate.

Transfer the pancake onto a warm plate. Put the sliced bananas on top, pour over with cream. Serve. Repeat with the ret of the batter.
