Mix Butterscotch Delight with milk, whisk and refrigerate.
Crush biscuits by placing in a sandwich bag and bashing with a rolling pin. Melt butter in a bowl by microwaving on a low setting for approximatly 60 seconds, then stir in the biscuit crumbs.
Press mixture into a thin layer on a plate and refrigerate. After 5 minutes, dust biscuit layer with ginger powder, spoon the Butterscotch Delight over the biscuit base and top with sliced banana.
Be sure the base and Butterscotch Delight have both set, before they are combined, to prevent a soggy base.
