I have always loved making and enjoying milkshakes (in particular banana milkshake) and wanted to try combining this with a sort of pinocolada style cocktail for a fresh, quenching drink for a fun summers afternoon
Chop and freeze the well ripened banana‘s the night before.
Mix all the ingredients in a blender and blend until the texture is think and creamy
Serve it a tall glass with a piece or banana to garnish.
Enjoy this cocktail/ smoothie on a hot summers day
The best bananas to use are the very ripest when black spots start forming on the skin. Adjust rum content to your liking
