Mix mustard, Worcestershire sauce, chilli powder, redcurrant sauce, salt and pepper together. Marinate the chops for 2-3 hours. Place the chops under a grill and cook for 20 minutes, 10 minutes on each side.
Just before finishing cooking, add the tomatoes on the grill. Brush the chops and the tomatoes with olive oil, sprinkle with chopped mixed herbs.
Serve with redcurrant sauce and baked jacket potatoes.
Why not cook the chop over the barbecue, it can taste just as good.
