Bbq pulled pork recipe

Cook pork shoulder in slow cooker with 330ml cola

Cook for 8 hours on low

Remove from slow cooker, use 2 forks to shred the pork

Dispose of the Coles/juices in slow cooker

Return shredded pork to slow cooker, add BBQ sauce and mix well

Cook on high for 30 mins

Serve in crusty rolls, with coleslaw and potato wedges

Use full fat (not diet) cola
