Bean and chorizo wrap recipe

Dice the chorizo and mix with the chilli puree into beans. Divide mix between the 4 wraps and place in a line at the bottom of the wrap. Sprinkle the cheese over the bean mix and roll enclosing the out side of the wrap.

Place on baking tray and bake for 8 minutes until the filling is hot.

  • 60g diced chorizo sausage
  • 80g mild Chedder cheese grated
  • 10g chilli puree
