These easy wraps are perfect for picnics or to serve as party canapés.
Place a slice of beef onto a clean surface. Top with some rocket leaves along the centre, a piece of sundried tomato, some Parmesan shavings and a drizzle of balsamic vinegar.
Roll the whole thing up into a cone shape. Set aside and repeat with the remaining ingredients to make 12 cones.
Moisten some kitchen paper with cold water and lay over the beef wraps. Cover and keep cool.
