Beef stir fry recipe

Prepare the diced beef by cutting the cubes to smaller pieces also chopping the baby corn and green beans in to pieces

Put some oil in the wok and put on a high heat while this is being done allso fill a pot of water and start to boil the water for the rice.

When the oil in the wok is hot enough add the beef and cook it till it starts to brown then add the oinons,baby corn, green Beans.

Cook the ingredients for about ten minutes while this happening boil the kettle for hot water to add to the wok then add the gravey granules and stir till the gravey is at the texture you like.

Lower the heat on the wok and allow to simmer making sure you stir every couple of minutes by now your water in the pan should be boiling away

Add your rice to the boiling water ( about 4 normal handfuls) let the rice boil for about 10-12 minutes when done drain the rice

Place the rice in the bowl then take your stir fry mixture from the wok and add to the rice and enjoy your meal

If you like chunky pieces of meat then you can leave the diced beef because every body different
