Cut the potatoes to the desired size coat in oil and but into a pre heated oven for 30-40minutes
Mix the flour and beer to make the batter
Coat the fish in the batter and fry for 6-7 minutes in a deep fat fryer
If you haven't got a deep fat fryer you can use a frying pan but it's does make a mess with all the oil
