HE Buried slushy

Using a vegetable peeler, peel long strips of zest off the lemon. Place ice in a blender and blend until fairly crushed. Mix the orange zest, cherry brandy, lemon juice and ice in 1 large or 2 medium jugs. Top off with the red wine and lemonade, mix. Garnish with the lemon strips and berries.

  • 150ml fresh lemon juice , zest of 1 lemon
  • 500g ice cubes
  • 1 bottle of light red wine
  • 450ml clear lemonade
  • 50g raspberries, halved
  • 50g strawberries, sliced
  • 50g blueberries
