Chop your frozen bananas into smaller chunks, toss the fruit, water and chia seeds into your blender and process! You get two tall servings of this power packed smoothie.
You can substitute the mangoes for any other fruit or the strawberries for raspberries or cherries, you can leave out the chia and substitute the coconut water for milk - this is a great way to get fruit into your kids too!
