Currently I am on a major health kick to lose weight, made up this simple receipe that is both eyecatching and very filling. Any berries can be used according to taste
Weigh 30g of Tesco Bran flakes into a long glass.
Pour 100g of low fat yoghurt over the Bran flakes
Add a handful of Blueberries
Make and eat straight away, this does not keep as the bran flakes can get soggy.
When eating dig down to the bottom to get that crunchy flavour.
