wash and slice the strawberies. put 200ml of low fat double cream into a bowl and whisk for five to eight minutes until firm. place the meringue nests onto a plate and put a spoon of the cream onto them. then put the pieces of strawberries on the cream. place a sieve on top of the nests and put icing sugar into the sieve and tap the sieve gently to give a professional finish.
if you have a sweet tooth you can add some icing sugar to the cream while whisking.
