I was lucky to be chosen to try for free Bioglan Cacao powder Superfood from The Orchard at Tesco Campaign and really believe this ingredient made my Brownies taste extra special and recommend it for my recipe.
Melt chocolate and butter in bowl over hot water.stirring with hand whisk. While they are melting whisk egg and sugar together with electric whisk adding cream when butter and chocolate are melted and slightly cooled combine with sugar mixture.Add dry ingredients and mix well.Pour into an 8 inch square tin lined with baking parchment and cook in preheated oven Gas mk 4 electric 150 for 30~40 mins or crispy on top and sligh wobble. Leave to cool for 5 mins and cut into small squares
For a dessert serve warm with creme fraise or cool and keep in air tight container.
