Mix together the oats, water and lemon juice. Leave to soak overnight. Add the coconut, apple and yoghurt. Sprinkle berries on top and serve

Use any yoghurt you prefer

  • 2 tbsp dessicated coconut
  • 1 apple grated
  • 150ml rhubarb yoghurt
