Blackberry and Apple Fizz HERO

For the sugar syrup, combine equal parts of sugar and water and stir until the sugar has completely dissolved. Put all the ingredients into a shaker. Shake, double strain over crushed ice in a sling glass. Garnish with a mint sprig.
