Blend the Baby Plum Tomatoes in a food processor until smooth and pass through a sieve to remove any seeds and skin.

Shake all the ingredients together with the crushed ice and serve in chilled glasses.

Chef’s suggestion

Try adding half a chilli pepper to the tomatoes before putting them into the food processor to spice up your drink.
