Boil potatoes whole in skins for 15 minutes
Drain and place on a flat oven tray
Gently press down on each potato with a flat potato masher until the skin breaks and the potatoes are slightly flattened and ‘smashed‘
Brush with melted coconut oil and sprinkle with sea salt and chilli flakes
Place in hot oven for 15 mins until crispy on the outside
Eat and enjoy!
Tesco Finest Blue Belle potatoes hold their shape well when smashed but it is best to flatten gently
