Sieve dry ingredients together into a mixing bowl. Rub in margarine or lard. Add TESCO Wensleydale Blue cheese and chopped walnuts. Beat egg and milk together. Add to mixture and mix to a firm dough. On a floured surface, roll the mixture out to 1¼ cm ( ½”) thickness. Cut into rounds with a 5cm (2”) cutter, place on a baking tray and brush with egg yolk. Bake for 10-15 minutes

  • 50g Butter
  • 75g Tesco Blue Cheese
  • 50g Chopped walnuts
  • 1 Egg
  • 3-4 tbsps Milk
  • 1 Egg yolk for glazing
