I just enjoy baking cakes in my spare time for friends and family.
Add the sugar, flour, butter, eggs, baking powder, and milk into a bowl and mix into all ingredients are combined.
Add 150g of the blueberries to the mix and fold in.
Divide the mixture between two 8inch lined cake tins and bake for 20-25mins at 190 C
When cooled add half the clotted cream onto the top of one of the sponges and top with the jam. Put the second half of the sponge on top and top with the remaining clotted cream. Scatter the remaining blueberries on top.
