Place the oats, grated apple, cinnamon, Alpro Simply Plain and Alpro Coconut Original in a large mixing bowl. Mix ingredients together with a wooden spoon before covering and leaving in the fridge to soak for a couple of hours, or preferably overnight.

Scoop into bowls then sprinkle over the chopped pistachio nuts and blueberries.
