Blueberry Gin
Customer recipe by Paula
Added 48 months ago

I bought lots of blueberries as they were on offer, and they were beginning to go off - so I found a way to preserve them :-)

using a 1 litre bottle pour n the Gin

prick or cut into each blueberry and add to the bottle.

add the sugar and shake well.

Put in a cool dark place to mature, shaking at least once a day for at least 5 days.

The blueberries can be strained out and used in a fruit cake or muffins after - or just eaten as they are :-)
