I first made this one very hot Sunday afternoon - the kind of afternoon when you feel like a snack, but a refreshing snack! It's really easy and quick to make, quicker than opening a packet of your usual biscuits. I'm a big fan of blueberries, and this is a nice way to enjoy them. They are a summer staple for me.
Add all the ingredients to a large, deep mug (or in your regular food mixer).
Use a handheld blender to mix everything together if doing this in a mug.
This is a really quick and simple milkshake, tasty and full of good things! The berries really add flavour to a simple banana milkshake, the perfect summer afternoon treat. A great alternative to other snacks.
You can add a teaspoon of sugar or honey if you want to make this sweeter.
