Place the yogurt and blueberries in a blender with the other ingredients, except the ice, and blitz for 30 seconds, or until smooth. Remove the lid of the blender and scrape down the sides.

Add the ice and blend again, before pouring into glasses. If you don’t have crushed ice, simply pour the smoothie over ice cubes into a glass.
