Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the onion and fry for a few mins to soften. Stir in the peppers and cook for a couple of minutes.
Add the quorn to the pan with the fajita seasoning and fry for 5 minutes until thoroughly warmed through.
Empty the quorn, and cook according to instructions.
Heat the flour tortillas according to the pack instructions.
To serve, spoon the Quorn and pepper mixture into the warm tortillas, dollop on some cheese and chive dip, roll up and enjoy!
