Preheat oven to Gas 6, 200°C, fan 180°C.
Slice the chicken breasts in half and stuff each with ¼ Boursin. Fold back together and wrap each in bacon.
Place each breast on a square of foil.
Cover in garlic, fish sauce, salt, pepper & white wine then make into parcels.
Place individual parcels on an oven tray
Cook in the oven for 35 minutes
Put the potatoes in the oven for the cooking time given in the instructions on the packet.
Lightly dress the salad with balsamic dressing and arrange the salad, croutons and Parmesan cheese on the plate.
When chicken is cooked through, carefully unwrap the parcels and remove the chicken breasts. Place one on each plate and spoon a couple of tablespoons of the juices over the top. Add the potatoes to the plates and serve.
Make sure the foil packets have the ends folded in so that none of the juice escapes.
