Grease dish and cut bread into triangles.
Cover the bottom of the dish with a layer of bread then a layer of fruit on top, then another layer of bread with more fruit and finishing with a layer of bread.
Warm milk and eggs.
whisk sugar with the warm milk and cream until pale.
Pour on the pudding.
Leave for 20 mins
Sprinkle a little cinnamon and a dusting of sugar to make the top nice and crispy.
Cook for 50mins on 150 degrees
