Preheat oven to 100°C.
Firstly, soak sultanas in the fruit juice until plump. Then grate the carrots, courgettes, and apples into a large bowl. Add the sultanas to the bowl and mix well.
Add the yogurt and oil and stir.
Next add flour and baking powder, you do not need to sieve and mix again.
Lastly add seeds and berries, fold carefully into the rest of the mixture so that berries do not break up too much.
Bake for 45 min, once cooked leave for 20mins for the muffins to cool down and set.
