Broccoli and Almond Salad recipe

Blanch broccoli in boiling water for 2 minutes. Drain and leave to cool in fridge.

When broccili is cold mix all the dry ingredients together in a serving bowl.

Add a good glug of olive oil and wine vinegar. Mix well with hands.

(This salad tastes great with basil-infused olive oil)
