Brocolli pie recipe

Preheat oven to Gas 6, 200°C, fan 180°C.
First make the pastry. Place the flour and margarine/butter into a bowl. Rub the fat into the flour until it looks like large breadcrumbs.
Then add enough of the water to enable you to form the pastry into a ball with your hands. Wrap in clingfilm and place in the fridge until needed.
In a separate bowl, combine the egg, yoghurt and two thirds of the cheese (save the remaining cheese for later). Set aside.
Steam the broccoli for about 4 minutes. Combine it with the egg/yoghurt/cheese mixture
Roll the pastry out into a 30x30cm (12x12in) square and place on a baking tray.
Spoon the mixture into the centre of the pastry and bring the corners into the centre to seal the pie. It should resemble a rough pyramid shape.
Sprinkle the leftover cheese over the top. Place in the oven and bake for around 30 minutes.
Serve with a tomato sauce and other vegetables.

Broccoli can be substituted for any other green vegetable; spinach works well.
