Add the oil to a pot or wok and heat. Once hot, add the meat and onions and sear for a minute or two until brown. Mix the cream, water and paprika with the brown onion soup and add to the meat. Add the potatoes and let simmer for 15 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and the sauce starts to thicken. If the sauce is too thick, add a little bit of water. Add the broccoli and mushrooms and simmer for a further 15 minutes.
