As part of the Orchard I got these winter veg for less
Steam the brussel sprouts in a steamer for 4-5 mins until they start to soften - you could also boil / blanch
Melt butter in a sauce pan or frying pan, break up walnuts and crumble into hot butter, be careful not to burn the butter
cut the sprouts in half, add to the butter mixture and fry all together
