Heat the olive oil in a thick base pan. Add the roughly chopped onion and cook till it turns to a golder brown colour.
Add the rice macaroni pasta to the pan and mix with the onion. Once mixed, add the bulgur and mix together. Finally, add the water and mix and allow to sit for 10 minutes. Turn the heat off and allow to soak the water.
To serve, add a spoon full of natural Greek yogurt as a tasty, light and healthy garnish.
