Halve the tomatoes and scoop out the pulp and seeds. Finely dice the tomato flesh and combine with the mango, green chilli pepper, red chilli, white wine vinegar, olive oil, lemon juice and seasoning.
Chill the mixture until you are ready to serve it. When you are ready to serve, spoon tablespoons of the salsa onto the slices of bread. Top with a prawn and garnish with a sprig of oregano before serving.
