Canapés with chorizo and goat's cheese recipe

Roughly chop the goat's cheese; it should be thick enough to support the chorizo on the oatcakes. Top the oatcake pieces with some of the chorizo, then stick discs of chorizo in the goat's cheese so that they are standing vertically.

Garnish with a slice of peach and a basil leaf before serving.
